Download Policy
At this time, we offer a free extension activity for No Place for a Lizard as well as our coloring book via digital download. If you purchase a digital file from my site, you will receive the document in pdf format to the email of your choosing. Please make sure to check your spam folder. If you do not receive your download within 2 hours of purchase, please contact me at deliberto.megan@gmail.com and I will help rectify the problem.

Refund Policy
If your books or gifts are damaged during shipping or arrive with any manufacturing defects, please contact me at deliberto.megan@gmail.com so we can work together to find the best solution. Please note, personalized books cannot be returned; however, if they are damaged during shipping, please contact me for a replacement. I will require photo proof of the damage. Any other returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. The reason for this is simply the current trend of returning books after reading. Your satisfaction is important to me; however, accepting book returns after they have been read several times is not a sustainable practice for an independent bookseller.
